As well as design, music is my passion. My latest project combines the two, designing this flyer for I night I will be playing at in November.

Al Mackenzie has been busily recording his new album “In Memory Of…” for D:ream who reformed last year.

The iconic image of Gregory Peck seemed both iconic and perfect for the ‘black sheep’ concept I was after.

Despite all the postal strike problems, my new business cards finally arrived today. Hopefully these should add some colour to meeting clients!

Last February, I took this shot inside the Museu de Arte Contemporânea de Niterói (Modern Art Museum) in Niterói in Rio de Janeiro, Brasil.

I have alwas been facinated by Oscar Niemeyer’s iconic style so a day trip across Guanabara Bay was a pleasant respite from the mania of the carnival that was the main reason for our stop off here during our exploration of South America.

Now that my main site is up and running and will be updated regularly with new illustrations,  my blog can assume the function that it was set out for.  That is a journal of not only work in progress, but also inspiration, sketches & photos that all contribute one  way or another.

I kick off with this image I caught on the way home from a balmy August evening in London.
