2. Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights
All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the site, is the property of Matt Richards or its suppliers and protected by copyright and international copyright laws.
The artwork sold through this shop is for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of Matt Richards.
3. Product Information
We endeavour to ensure that all product descriptions and prices are accurate. However, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of a product you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible.
4. Orders and Payments
By placing an order, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and that you are at least 18 years old.
Payment must be made in full before any goods are dispatched.
5. Delivery
Delivery charges and estimated timescales are specified in the Delivery section. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however, delays are occasionally inevitable.
6. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
Cancellations: Due to the bespoke nature of our made-to-order prints, we can only accept cancellations within 24 hours of the order being placed. After this period, your order will have entered the production process, and we can no longer cancel the order.
Returns and Refunds: We stand by the quality of our products and aim to ensure that all prints arrive in excellent condition. As our products are custom made and produced on demand, we only offer returns and refunds for items that arrive damaged or with a manufacturing fault. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence of the damage or fault. Upon review, we will offer a replacement or a refund for the affected items.
Non-returnable items: Please note that due to the custom nature of our artwork, products that do not arrive damaged or with a manufacturing fault are not eligible for a return or refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
To initiate a return or refund: Please contact us via our contact page with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return items from your order.
7. Limitation of Liability
The material displayed on this site is provided without any guarantees, conditions, or warranties as to its accuracy. Unless expressly stated to the contrary to the fullest extent permitted by law, Matt Richards and its suppliers, content providers, and advertisers hereby expressly exclude all conditions, warranties, and other terms which might otherwise be implied by statute, common law, or the law of equity and shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever, including but without limitation to any direct, indirect, special, consequential, punitive, or incidental damages, or damages for loss of use, profits, data or other intangibles, damage to goodwill or reputation, or the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services, arising out of or related to the use, inability to use, performance or failures of this website or the Linked Sites and any materials posted thereon, irrespective of whether such damages were foreseeable or arise in contract, tort, equity, restitution, by statute, at common law, or otherwise.
